About Dr. Bonaventure Ngu
Bonaventure Ngu, MD, is an orthopedic spine surgeon committed to helping those who suffer from back pain regain mobility. He serves patients throughout Spring, Texas, at Spring + Heights Hospital
After graduating from the University of Maryland, Dr. Ngu pursued his medical degree at the University of Maryland Medical School in Baltimore. He completed his orthopedic training at the University of Maryland Medical Center Shock Trauma Center and his spinal surgery training at the Norton Leatherman Spine Institute in Louisville, Kentucky.
As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in spinal surgery, Dr. Ngu is highly qualified to diagnose and treat a multitude of disorders affecting the cervical (neck) and lumbar spine (lower back). He specializes in relieving back and neck pain resulting & degenerative conditions, and injuries.
The delicate and complex composition of the spine requires the expertise of a specialist. Dr. Ngu has advanced training and proven expertise in the nonsurgical and surgical treatment of a wide range of spinal conditions. He is also a specialist in less exposure surgery (LES) of the spine.
Dr. Ngu maintains membership with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the Texas Orthopaedic Association.
